Quality skimmer from Spain for sturdy in-ground pools made of plastic, lost formwork, foil and laminate.

Thanks to the greater depth of the skimmer, it is ideal for pools with lost formwork, the skimmer body without neck already comes out behind the pool and there is no need to interfere with the pool skeleton.

The skimmer is made of high quality plastic and the screws have brass counter-nuts that will resist corrosion for years and there is no cracking of the plastic.

For flow rates up to 16m3/h.

Connecting the skimmer to the filtration system

Below the skimmer has two outlets, you choose one and  connect with a 2" nipple or screwing. You plug the other one with the enclosed plug and gasket.Then you connect the 50mm pipe and proceed to filtration.

For complicated installations, the skimmer also has a 63mm diameter outlet down the side for gluing. Here, however, the outlet needs to be peeled out of the plastic.

Attaching the skimmer to the pool wall

On the lost formwork you will only concrete the neck, the skimmer body will stick out behind the pool. The larger hole (60cm wide, 40cm high) should be omitted and the skimmer concreted. It is recommended to tape the threads before concreting to prevent mess from getting in. Concrete the skimmer after it has been removed - without gaskets, flanges, etc.

Skimmer Installation - Instructions

The skimmer comes to be placed in the top of the pool, near the filtration. Always install the skimmer, if you can, opposite the return nozzle to ensure circulation of the water. The skimmer collects debris from the pool surface, so it is imperative that it is placed at the top, the level is then about half or top third of the skimmer.

HOW TO CONNECT THE PUMP TO THE POOL:

In order to use this feature, it is necessary to close the bottom outlet valve so that all the motor thrust goes through the skimmer. Then the suction cover - disc is placed on the basket and fixed by the paws. As a final step, the hose is attached to the suction cover. If the pool has more than one skimmer, all but one of them, which will be used to connect the vacuum cleaner, must be closed.
