You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

In case of sending returned goods, the completed sample form must be inserted in the parcel that will contain the returned goods. If you send us the report by email and the package arrives in a few days by post, it will not be possible to pair the document with the goods.Goods sent without explanation will be returned immediately.The goods must be packed in such a way as to prevent damage to the returned product in transit.

The report contains all important information, please include the defect in the report in as much detail as possible.
 
The completed protocol must be printed and signed.
 
In case of sending the claimed goods, the completed complaint protocol must be inserted in the shipment that will contain the claimed goods. If you send us the report by email and the package arrives in the mail a few days later, it will not be possible to pair the document with the goods.Goods that are sent without an explanation will be sent back immediately.The goods must be packed in such a way as to prevent further damage to the claimed product during transit.

In the case of a claim made in person, the customer must bring the completed claim report with them.
 
Along with the claim report, proof of purchase of the claimed product from our company is required.
 
The goods must always be sent/delivered complete. A part of the goods can only be sent/delivered (claimed) with our prior approval.

Claims can only be submitted in writing or in person! Goods sent to our address without explanation will be returned immediately.

On the basis of the enclosed documents, the complaint will be professionally assessed and the further procedure for dealing with the complaint will be determined. The legitimacy or illegitimacy of a complaint is always assessed by the manufacturer, importer of the goods or an authorised person who will issue a written opinion on the complaint. If the complaint is found to be justified, the buyer will be sent a repaired product, a new piece or a refund of the purchase price. This will be done immediately after the complaint has been assessed. In the case of a justified complaint, we will send the claimed goods to the customer free of charge.

 

Claim Policy
 

Responsibility for defects in goods, warranty

Goods are warranted according to the warranty terms and conditions stated in the individual product warranty cards. The minimum warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period begins on the date of acceptance of the goods.

 

Minimum warranty period

The statutory minimum statutory period is 24 months (excluding any exceptions provided by law). If a longer warranty period is provided for the product, the length of the warranty period is indicated on the invoice or warranty and delivery note.

 

Warranty Terms

For goods received from the supplier the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately on receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged on receipt, the seller is obliged to provide a reasonable discount on delivery, repair or supply another faultless product.

For goods received from a shipping service, the buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.If damage to the goods is found upon receipt, a record of the damage to the goods (including photographic documentation, if applicable) must be made immediately and a copy of the record of the damage must be delivered to the seller immediately. On the basis of a legitimate record of damage to the goods the seller is obliged to provide a reasonable discount on the delivery, repair or supply another faultless product.

 

Reclamation of Goods

Reclamation of goods is governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. In the event that an irremediable defect is found in the goods (based on a written assessment by an authorised service centre, if the nature of the product so requires), the goods will be replaced with an identical item or the full price already paid will be refunded.
