Pool cleaning
Bestsellers
Dirt often accumulates on the walls and bottom of the pool to such an extent that it cannot be easily cleaned. Therefore, it is necessary to use products that make cleaning easier. Each product specifies what it is best suited for, and if you need assistance, feel free to call us.
Cleaning the edges of the pool
You can clean the waterline even if your pool is full. The ideal product for cleaning the edges of the pool is specifically designed for this purpose. Simply use a sponge and apply the product to remove dirt from the waterline. Always rinse the surface with pool water after cleaning each meter. The product is not harmful to pool water.
How to clean the pool walls
The best product for cleaning the pool walls is a pool wall cleaner. However, the challenge is that you can only effectively clean the walls when the pool is drained. If the pool is full, the only option is to use a pool vacuum or dive in with a sponge and try to clean the dirt manually.
Cleaning the pool after winter
If you use a winterizing agent in the fall and keep the pH balanced and regularly check the pool water, the water should stay in good condition by spring. However, the pool may still become dirty. In that case, we recommend chlorinating the water, balancing the pH, vacuuming the largest debris from the bottom into the drain, leaving the filtration system on, and using an algaecide.
Water hardness in the pool
If the water in the pool is too hard, you may see calcium deposits in the pool (or possibly iron, manganese, copper deposits, etc.). The water hardness should be below 18° German degrees. To reduce hardness, use a water hardness reducer.
