The Exactus 5l/h Dosing Pump from Astralpool is designed for manual flow adjustment, allowing users to accurately control the amount of chemicals delivered to the pool. This pump is ideal for pH control in indoor and outdoor pools, ponds or hot tubs. It features a flow rate of 5 l/h and is equipped with a PP head, PTFE diaphragm and FPM valve, ensuring its long life and resistance to chemicals.

Included in the package is a complete suction filter, injection valve, suction/pressure hose and bracket for wall installation. The metering pump is easy to install and requires minimal maintenance. Its robust design ensures long-term reliability and efficient performance.

Piping adapters must be purchased for connection to the metering pump. Electrical connection is 220/240 V 50/60 Hz as standard. Liquid contact materials are polypropylene, viton and Teflon, ensuring resistance to corrosion and chemical damage. Control panel protection with a clear polycarbonate cover and matching gasket ensures long-term reliability even in harsh conditions.

Injection pumps are a type of pump whose purpose is to inject liquid (in swimming pools, typically a reducing agent, pH booster or liquid chlorine) into a liquid line. There are two types of dosing pumps: peristaltic pumps and diaphragm pumps. There are also models that allow you to control the parameters of the product being dosed, i.e. control the pH level or control the chlorine level.

The Astralpool Exactus range of dosing pumps has a manually adjustable flow rate using a potentiometer that determines the injection frequency. Adjustable from 0 to 100%.It is also possible to control the flow more precisely at low frequencies.
