Notes for safe application

Follow dosage instructions for use and always dilute granules in water before applying to pool. Remember that chlorine tablets are preferable for continuous use and always monitor the pH value of the water for optimum effect.

Incompatible materials: oxidizing agents, reducing agents, acids, ammonia and its compounds, urea, bases, calcium hypochlorite, organic solvents. The product may only be used for water treatment in swimming pools. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product.

DESCRIPTION OF FIRST AID:
In case of inhalation:
Abort exposure, transport affected person to fresh air. If nausea persists, arrange for medical attention.

FOR SKIN CONTACT:
Remove contaminated clothing, shoes and wash thoroughly with water (preferably lukewarm) and soap. Do not use solvents or thinners. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention.

FOR EYE CONTACT:
Rinse with a gentle stream of water for at least 15 minutes. Hold the eyelids wide open using your thumb and forefinger. If the sufferer wears contact lenses, remove them before rinsing the eyes, if this is easy. If pain or redness persists, seek professional medical treatment.

FOR DRINKING:
Rinse your mouth and give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give milk or alcoholic beverages. Never give anything by mouth to unconscious persons. Seek medical attention.

DISPOSAL:
Dispose of according to applicable national and local regulations (e.g., in a hazardous waste incinerator). Never dispose of by flushing down the drain! Do not contaminate standing or running water with chemical or used container. Turn over residual quantities and unreclaimed solutions to a certified disposal company. The waste generator is responsible for waste classification and disposal.

SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid release into the environment. IF USED: If you do not feel well, call the TOXIC INFORMATION CENTER/physician. IN CASE OF EYE INJURY: Gently flush with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if they are in and if they can be removed easily. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Seek medical attention/treatment. Dispose of contents/packaging by giving to an authorized person or by taking to a hazardous waste section of a collection yard. Releases toxic gas on contact with acids.
