Chlorine Dispenser - Chlorinator Installation Instructions:
1) Install the dispenser last on the filtration branch (i.e., after the filtration, UV lamp, solar heater, heat pump...) Connection to the piping requires only drilling the pipe feeding the water to the filtration - in front of the vessel (which will serve as the inlet to the chlorinator) and at the outlet last.
2)Install the injection and intake of the doser on the filtration branch last (i.e. after the filtration, UV lamp, solar heating, heat pump...). Always suction first and injection half a meter further.
If you are placing the chlorinator below the pool level, you must install a closing valve behind and in front of the pool to prevent water from spilling when the lid is opened

Heating of hopper
Before opening the dispenser, let the water flow through the dispenser for 15 minutes. 6.2 Turn off the pump and set the control valve to the "OFF" position. Close the taps in the recirculation circuit to prevent water from flowing out of the pool. Wait approximately 1 minute and then unscrew the dispenser lid. 6.3 To do this, press the lock and unscrew the lid nut counterclockwise. Do not breathe the chlorine vapours released from the dispenser!!!
7. REFILLING TABLETS INTO THE DISPENSER
Check the level of tablets in the dispenser weekly. Refill the dispenser with new 200g tablets as required, following the procedure below. 6/6 - 7.1. Using the drain valve, drain 2/3 of the water from the dispenser and carefully insert the tablets. 7.2 Refill water up to 1 cm below the edge of the dispenser body. 8. Manually tighten the lid clockwise. 8.2 Adjust the control valve to the desired position. Open all taps and start the pump.
The amount of chlorine flow can be regulated or completely shut off by the control valve.
