Chlorine Dispenser - Chlorinator Installation Instructions:

Install the chlorinator dispenser last on the filter branch (i.e. after the filtration, UV lamp, solar heating, heat pump...).  If you are placing the chlorinator below the pool surface, it is necessary to install behind and in front of the closing valve so that water does not pour out when the lid is opened. Use with a pump with a maximum output of 10m3/h

Chlorine flow control

The chlorinator allows easy regulation of the chlorine flow thanks to the control valve. This feature ensures accurate dosing and allows full control over the chlorine level in the water, which is essential for maintaining a healthy and safe bathing environment.

The amount of chlorine flowing can be regulated or completely shut off by the control valve.

2. INSTALLATION OF SERIALLY CONNECTED SUPPLIER (Model 24429)

2.1 Always place the dispenser after the pool water heater (heat exchanger or heat pump). If
no water heater is installed, place the dispenser after the filter (Fig.1). Never use copper or other metal piping for the
distribution!!!
2.3. Optimally, the dispenser should be placed above the pool water level but below the piping leading from the
filter. This prevents possible damage to the equipment in the filter circuit by high concentrations of
chlorine, which can occur when the filter pump stops. If it is not possible to place the dispenser
above the pool water level, a stopcock should be placed before and after the dispenser to allow the
pipe to be closed. A non-return valve should be placed between the dispenser and the filtering device to prevent
possible chemical damage to the filtering device.

DOSING THE DOSER

Before opening the dispenser, allow water to flow through the dispenser for 15 minutes. 6.2 Turn off the pump and set the control valve to the "OFF" position. Close the taps in the recirculation circuit to prevent water from flowing out of the pool. Wait approximately 1 minute and then unscrew the dispenser lid. 6.3 To do this, press the safety catch and unscrew the lid nut counterclockwise. Do not breathe chlorine vapours released from the dispenser!!!

7. REFILLING TABLETS INTO THE DISPENSER

Check the condition of the tablets in the dispenser weekly. Refill the dispenser with new 200g tablets as needed according to the following procedure. 6/6 - 7.1. Using the drain valve, release 2/3 of the water from the dispenser and carefully insert the tablets. 7.2 Refill the water up to 1cm below the edge of the dispenser body. 8. Tighten the lid clockwise by hand. 8.2 Adjust the control valve to the required position. Open all taps and start the pump.
