Chlorine-free pool chemicals
Bestsellers
Chlorine-free pool water treatment is currently a growing industry in pool water care. The benefits are several, you get rid of the unpleasant chlorine smell, and the water is also more pleasant, not to mention the reduced risk of chlorine exposure to the human body. Chlorine-free pool chemicals are usually based on peroxide in higher concentrations. The peroxide used is the same peroxide used to disinfect wounds in the pharmacy (which has a 3% concentration). In our range you will find the brands Sanosil with 9% concentration and Oxa. Sanosil uses both the power of peroxide and colloidal silver. With Oxa, unlike Sanosil, only peroxide is active, so it is advisable to supplement with an anti-algae . You can also find active 35% hydrogen peroxide, but this can only be purchased on a company basis.</p
Wide use of chlorine-free pool chemicals
Not only for ordinary pools, but also for hot tubs we have special smaller packs of Sanosil 5 litres. To get the right effect, you need to superchlorinate the water in your hot tub several times a season (once every 2 months) - double the dose set for chlorine. Thanks to this, all impurities will be removed, and the next day you can switch back to the normal dosage. This procedure will prevent the formation of a slimy coating on the pool walls.
Oxygen water tablets
Oxygen Tablets are an alternative to liquid oxygen-based products. Either multi-component oxygen tablets are used, which contain bulk peroxide along with an anti-algae agent, or tablets are used with peroxide only and an oxygen activator is added to act as an anti-algae agent.
Water disinfection with peroxide
When using liquid peroxide for water disinfection, you will achieve better operating economy. Liquid peroxide is easier to dose compared to oxygen tablets and usually has a higher efficiency (concentration). In addition, the price is tens of percent lower. If you also supplement the peroxide with an anti-alkaline agent, the pool water is like crystal. Still, you need to do a superchlorination of the pool water several times a season (depending on the pool load) (use chlorschock and get all the impurities out of the water, such as the "slime" on the walls that can start to form after using peroxide for a long time). It can also be used for whirlpools.
Experience with chlorine-free pools
We have many years of experience with the application of peroxide and oxygen chemistry in pools and hot tubs. The dosage specified on the product packaging should always be observed. We highly recommend the pool tester for bechlorine chemistry to help you detect a water problem. The disinfectant should be supplemented with pH minus or pH plus for pH control. Last but not least, regular superchlorination or the use of anti-algae agents at a maintenance dose once every 14 days is important. From our experience with chlorine-free chemistry, it is also necessary to filter for a sufficient period of time and to clean the filter sand or cartridge regularly.
